Cornerstone Photography Group is a family owned and operated business that has been providing exceptional photographic services to the South Alabama Counties, and surrounding States, for years now. Owners Ken & Rose Muse, through a God inspired venture created a multi divisional company to meet most if not all of your photography needs. Ken & Rose are members of Wedding Professional Photographers International and Professional Photographers of America on a National and local level, and are continuously seeking knowledge in the world of photography to earn the honor of being certified Master Photographers in the future. Our Complete Digital State of the Art spacious Studio in West Mobile offers you a variety of Portrait opportunities from Classic Traditional Family Portraits, to Children’s Specialty. You will notice the difference in our approach whether you’re looking for portraits in our Studio or coverage of your Wedding Day, from your initial consultation, throughout the planning of “Your Special Day” to the delivery of your final images. We provide the utmost in personal attention to even the smallest details and your photographic desires. A combination of casual, traditional, illustrative and photojournalistic images will be capturing all the emotions and details of your studio session or your Wedding Day. Our other divisions include Special Events, School Days, Sports, Church Directories, Commercial and Fundraising are all great ways to capture those lasting memories, that you will treasure for years after the event. Payment Methods
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, check, money order, and cash.
Shipping & Handling
All shipping charges shall be paid by the client, without exception. A minimum $5.00 charge will be applied to all orders being shipped.
Sales Tax
7.5% sales tax will be applied to items shipped within Alabama. Sales tax will be waived for items shipped outside of Alabama.
Retainers
They are non-refundable and dates/photographers are reserved on a first paid, first served basis.
Retouching
We will provide complimentary retouching for only glare on glasses, shine on face and minor blemishes. Free estimates for additional retouching will also be provided.
Services
All images taken by Cornerstone Photography Group Inc. shall be made in the Photographer's professional discretion.
Which photographer will actually be shooting my special event?
Whichever one you like, providing he or she is available, of course! We believe it is important for you to feel comfortable with the person who will be photographing your special occasion. In addition, each photographer's individual work is displayed to assist you in selecting the photographer whose style and artistry best suits your needs.
What is the payment policy and schedule?
Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the services of your photographer for your special day. Thirty days before the event, the unpaid balance is due. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check and cash.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you should wish to cancel our services, we will retain the full amount of your retainer.
Am I required to provide a meal for my photographer?
Yes, please! Our staff works extremely hard throughout the course of your special day, and they build up a big appetite. Each photographer and assistant appreciates a hot meal. Please discuss this with your caterer and arrange to have our meals served while your guests are enjoying their main course. This will allow our crew time to eat without missing any momentous photo opportunities.
Will you do table shots?
If you like, arrangements can be made to photograph your guests at their tables during the reception. The charge is $40.00 per table, and we would need to know the number of tables or specific tables to be photographed at least thirty days prior to the event. Another photographer will come to the reception to take these photos so your main photographer can focus exclusively on you and your party.
What is the fee for overtime and what does that include?
Overtime is a flat fee of $400.00 per hour, per photographer and includes assistant(s). As a convenience to you, overtime is a decision you can make on the day of the event if necessary.
Do I have the option to purchase my images?
We will safely store your images for 36 months after your special day should you wish to order additional reprints, albums, and the like. If you choose to purchase your entire set of images after that time, you may do so at a rate of $2.00 per image. We highly recommend keeping the images in a safe deposit box for they are not expensive, they are priceless!
What are the estimated delivery times for pictures and albums?
We understand how excited you are to see your photographs, and we will make every effort to get them to you as quickly as possible. Ordinarily, the website, or CD slide show, and proof album will all be ready within four to six weeks from the date of the event. Our custom handmade Bridal albums are usually finished within four to six weeks after final approval has been given.
